Shipping + Returns
 

UK shipping

Items are carefully packed and posted with Royal Mail within 2-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated per order.

To minimise the environmental impact of my work I reuse or use recycled packing materials wherever possible.

Collection from my studio in East London is also available (free).

International shipping

If you would like to make an order for delivery to Europe please get in touch. Please note that customs./import fees may apply to your order within your country and are your responsibility to cover.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item please get in touch within 3 days of receiving it. Items which have been commissioned or customised are non-returnable. Unfortunately I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event of a piece being damaged in transit please let me know within 24 hours of receiving it.
